It's so freaking unbelievable that I have been complaining about this notification panel stutter or animation drop issue for about 1 year now no software update had improved this poor Ui optimization problem in my galaxy A52S 5G till now .even other brand phones are buttery smooth. still samsung is pathetically suffering. its so annoying about the software developer team cannot improve the animations till now

Do A Wipe Cache Partition on Your Phone
To do it Follow these steps

1. Connect Your Phone to any other Phone with USB C port/Laptop/PC
2. Power off your Phone and Wait for Battery Percentage to show
3. Press and Hold Volume Up and Power Key Until Samsung Logo Shows
Leave both keys and Device Untouched as soon as Samsung Logo (without galaxy written) shows
4. Wait for 1-2 sec Phone will automatically boot up in Recovery Mode
5. Select Wipe Cache Partiton option with navigating through volume keys and selection is done by Power button
6. Select Repair Apps option and Phone will optimize itself and restart automatically till then have patience
Now any lag or stutter will be removed
