A52 software update unavailable since 2022

Samsung A52 mobile software update unavailable since 2022. It is in oneui 3.1 and Android 12. But Internet says it is in oneui 6 and Android 14. If this is true, then why my device did not receive any update.

They promised to give 5 years update. But failed.

My A52 is running on one ui 6.1. They promise only 3years of major ui update. 4 years of security update

Go to the service center and get it updated. I have recieved all updates each month punctually from Samsung for same A52 model. It's probably your mobile issue
