A51 Restarting Automatically while using Smart View

A51 Always restarting immediately while trying to use SmartView.

im still getting the issue even after clearing cache

backup all your data and do a factory reset.. then try smart view. if it crashed you need to get help from Samsung service center.. maybe you need to replace the phone.. otherwise some other applications causing this issue.. try to identify that..
