A51 Restarting Automatically while using Smart View

A51 Always restarting immediately while trying to use SmartView.

ok, i understand these are simple apps
but if after all previous steps problem will not get resolve then just for one days uninstall them and then observe

do one thing if you are sure this is because of smart view
then go to settings >apps>click on 3DOT at right top corner >click on show system app >search for "smart view " click on that>storage >clear cache and data, back to settings >click on force stop>restart your device then try

Wow... this alone find my issue. now phone is not restarting when connecting to TV even while calling in Duo. Awesome man. thanks a lot.

ehsank method will work because in my a51 i also faced same problem than i also done same thing and problem is solved

Yes.. today morning I try that solution and it worked. now my A51 is not restarting like it did yesterday.

issue resolved.. thanks for the advice. smart view system app cache/data cleared.. that is all I need to do. those random restart is no a problem arrive often. total 4 times did in last 5 months.. I believe..
