A50 phone issues after V10 upgrade

Hi 

My wife and myself have the same model of  A50 phone, after the V10 upgrade my phone works and now my wife phone is a constant reboot. Wiped the cache, and the phone is restarting over and over.

 

couple of things I noticed 

- google photos were up to date with the backup, eg couple of new photos needed to be uploaded, after the upgrade it's thinking all  800 photos need to be uploaded again ?

 

- after the pin entry after the reboot, the phone states its starting,

I have removed all pin and biometric data to avoid her from entering her pin again 

 

- Storage is clean and there is enough space

- all apps have been updated on google and the Samsung store

- removed some of the apps that is she no longer needs

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

 

1. Check device in safe mode: Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.

 

Enter safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.>Press and hold the power off icon.

Exist safe mode: Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device.

 

Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

 

2. Check Auto Restart should be Off: Setting> General management >Reset>Auto restart off.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
