A50 no audio sound at all.

Since last three days I have been facing audio problems in my Samsung Galaxy A50, No sound even though if the volume is full, even there is no sound in the reciever when I do any calls. It all started when I disconnected my bluetooth headphones. Sound come only if I'm connected to bluetooth headphones. No sound of I connect my headphones on the headphones Jack Jack aswell. I'm sure it's some sort of bug,please help me out.

I think the speakers are damaged. Go to nearest Samsung Service Center.

have u checked it on safe mode??

yes,sometimes it works when it's on safe mode, but later on again the problem occurs.

so thats be a software issue if it works on safe mode, reset ur phone, i don't thing it is a bug

before getting anything changed,I'll suggest you to perform system check once, which is available in the MEMBERS App itself....

I did all that to.I also did the interactive check for the audio but when ever I start the test of the audio it shows that unable to function.
