Hello,

We are a french national park, our 45 rangers are equipped with samsung A50 devices.
We use custom-built applications to enter data in the field. These apps do not work on Android 11 (due to sd card authorizations) but some of the devices forced the upgrade from the native Android 10 to Android 11, which  makes them useless for our work.
I tried to do a factory reset but it does not return to  Android 10.
Is there a way to do this?

Take a backup, goto service center and ask them to downgrade.
Or use Odin to downgrade. Technically you can go back the February patch( screen shot) since the bl is same.

Do not forget to take a backup.
