Some problems after new update include -- 

Battery draining fast 
•Slow charging 
•No zooming while using 25MP mode 
•Screeen flickering 
•Heating problem 
•Lagging more often 
•AOD not operating while call most often with single tap 
•Network  Connectivity problem.

Follow these steps it may help you
1) Optimize your device in settings at device care
2) If any background apps are running it may drain fast ( Close it)
3) Check the Digital wellbeing how your battery drains
4) Due to improper Display settings and some themes may lead to screen flickering

You are replying same as service center personnel. All settings are fine and I have checked each issue with minute details in my phone and in my friends phone too

Problem with the update all A50 users who upgraded to Android 10 facing issues. Hope in the next update that they are going to release again (Android 10) will be bug free.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

 

2. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

 

3. Check charger functionality, try to charge your device with some other charger or use your charger to charge some other device.

 

4. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.

Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

all conditions are good and all products are genuine and of Samsung.
kindly provide stable update as soon as possible. This update is ruining my experience with Samsung.
