A50 Ringtones

My A50 can't show the name of some custom ringtones and notification tones, while others appear properly. However I can select without knowing its name. This happened only after the Android 10 update.

Perform normal phone reset settings once
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

Normal phone reset settings(no factory reset)
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings
or
settings>applications>click 3 dots>select show system apps>scroll down to sound picker>clear cache/data

Performing factory reset erases everything, so there is no need to reset settings separately. But on your suggestion I did it too and got nothing, problem remains the same.
