A50 No media Sound Issue/Headphone Mode

Not getting sound for media output. Showing headphones mode, unable to talk on call over earpiece speaker.

Kindly suggest remedy.

Remove your headphones from the phone again.
Clean the headphones jack.
Restart your Android phone.
Do a soft reset of your phone.
Use an app to override audio controls.
Do a hard reset or a factory reset.


After this staps you will exit from hadpohone mode.

Take a tooth pick & some cotton & roll on it & then clean the headphone jack firmly

Well go to the Samsung center they should clean up your jack for you

Hey guys ,

I am also samsung A50 device user.
And i am facing this issues for long time

Pls follow my tips and tricks
Do it
Your device will work normally

Step 1. Plug your device into Type C Cable
Not for charging purpose

Step 2. Type C cable otherside USB part plug into PC/Laptop or any TV which have USB function.

Step 3. After u can see android file transfer notification on notification panel
Then power off your device

Step 4. After u can see charging logo on off screen then u press Volume UP + power button (10 sec)

Step 5. U can see many options but have to select wipe cache and clear cache.

Step 6. You will see Reboot To Bootloader option and then select it using volume up/down button

Step 7. U will see download logo
Leave device for process for half an hour

Step 8. After half an hour u can turn on device using press volume down + power button (7 sec)

U will see your device will have working properly
