A5 2017 Oreo Bug

After the software update of A5 2017 I factory reseted the device and use as a fresh device for not facing software issue.. But now iam facing Notification Bugs.. Sometimes it wont give notification tune and notifications on status bar... and the notification count also is not showing properly...

We apologize for the inconvenience caused as you are unable to see the notification badges. We would like to inform you that each application has its own policy. Some apps show only new notifications, and the others show notifications which accumulated unread notifications. For example, if email has a lot of unread notifications, its badge is shown always ‘999’. And email cannot show accurate status even if receiving new emails. And messages app is important to know how many unread messages are existed, messages app is more suitable to show accumulated notification count.

There are only few messages in whatsapp and other social media... if the notification count is abv 1000 then it can be show like 999+.. but now iam not able to get any notification count after oreo update... iam not facing this issue while using nougat update of my phone. At that time it is accurate and everything are gone oke but now its gonna wrong....
