A35 Software update and heating issue

Hello , I got this software update for A35 but in my device heating issue and battery drain is still there should I do the update below is the screen shot is attached pls guide

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Is there any way to deal with it, After March I think A35 gonna blast due to summer in india 😮

Mine is A16. Well, it never heats up a lot.
I don't remember if it got heated or not.
Would have bought a A35 but since A16 is released recently and has 6 os updates unlike A35 which has 4 year os updates.
