A34 auto power off and restart😭💔

When my phone's battery drains to 40% and below and if play music or some video reels shorts at high volume or at mid vol also it will automatically switch off or restart

 please help me out with this problem if it is software or hardware glitch 

If anyone a34 user also facing this issue please dm me 

And aslo if samsung team see this post please help me out 🙏🙏

Same problem here. I have the problem when battery below 15%.
Causes:-

1. Over heating phone auto restart.
2. Software problem.

Please suggest me what is main cause ?
