Galaxy ASend an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app, and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that, follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
