A31 slow after phone update

After doing an upgrade system with my A31 My phone keeps restarting and I have a dual sim phone. My phone says my memory card was unsafely removed when I didn't even remove it. I put my mobile Hotspot on and then my phone keeps restarting and memory card error issues. Sometimes the phone is SLOW Hate this upgrade. Is there a way to downgrade back to the old version. I won't lie. I love the new layout but definitely not worth it for the hiccups above.

Maybe you should go for a software reload and see if the issue is fixed
