A31 CAMERA

I just got a new samsung A31, from the day i received it, when i open my camera it just gives a black screen (all buttons are visible still)  the blackscreen would not show what my camera see and after a few seconds my camera app closes. After the first crash, it seem to be loading fine everytime thereafter. But not using the camera for a while then opening it seems to be a problem. I want to switch back to my older A9 model, more camera functions, no crash problems nothing.

I have updated EVERYTHING, i have reset settings 4 times, i have cleared cache. This camera keep doing it.

You can try the following troubleshooting: 

1. Open camera>> Settings>> Reset Camera Settings. 

2.  Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Camera>> Storage>> Clear Cache.

3. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Also dial *#0*# and test your front and back camera.
