Hi Sam,

I am using A30, I want to take the device screenshot using gesture.

1. Not sure how this feature rolled out, and the brilliant brains behind this not-user friendly feaure.

2. It does't work 99% of the tries.

3. Very difficult to make it work.

4. Even if i move my hand vertically on the screen from Left to Right or Right to Left, Slow or Fast, no screenshot captured.

At the time of releasing this device, there are already many user-friendly gestures, or screenshot icon display on top-drag function module was already available in the market and peoples already liked it, If I was a Business Analyst whote this feature requirement, 200% I would have choosen the '3 finger scroll down' one. Or shaking device twice horizontally. like this to make user's life easy and happy.

Think about it.

first change forum section to techtalk as of now Samsung invites users to share suggestion by selecting techtalk

and as of now Enable assistant menu, this is best way ,by this option you can also perform other important task such as screen off, navigation, sound, screen rotation, power off menu, notification panel and also specific app option available

To enable assistant menu just go to

settings>>accessibility >>interaction and dexterity>>assistant menu>>enable and also click on it and enable>> assistant plus menu

Bro, you may try some other options like Accessibility>Interaction and Dexterity>Assistant menu feature

Second, as I feel the best and effective official app by Samsung is one hand operation+

This is an alternative way, but i expect samsung to provide user friendly interface/feature like 3 finger swipe to take screenshot. Other conpitator company mobiles are already having it.

It's like Nokia didn't accept Android implementation and everyone knows what happened 🤦🏻‍♂️

And I do agree, that palm swipe to capture is not so convenient way of taking screenshots and there is definitely some scope of improvements..please drop feedback to Samsung regarding this via Samsung members app or drop your suggestions under tech talk section
