I bought a Galaxy A22 5G for my son, managed by me via Google Family Link.
Some Samsung apps like Calendar, Contacts, etc show messages about updates, but all updates fail 'no applications available'. After checking the app list I realized that no Galaxy Store App is installed or it is somehow deactivated. Maybe because of Google Family Link restrictions. I already searched for the app without success in Google Play Store and in the settings of the mobile.
How can I install or activate the Galaxy Store App?
Unfortunately I can't open the Galaxy Store because it's not installed or deactivated somehow. In the app list of the phone are several Samsung apps like Galaxy Themes, Game Launcher, etc., but no Galaxy Store.
Meanwhile I already checked his old mobile (A40), there Galaxy Store is available. Therefore Google Family Link should actually not be the problem.
It shocking...It's not possible to disable or uninstall Galaxy store directly from phone. But anyway you can now backup your data and go for a full factory reset.
