One Ui and One Ui core is different. But the Knox in One Ui core devices and One Ui A series devices are same. S and Note have higher version and additional security things than Knox 3.5

Because earlier it wasn't included in One UI core.
Now they have started giving it to One ui core devices starting with M31s, then M51. So there is possibility A21s will receive it in future.

Because for low budget devices lighter version of One UI known as One UI Core is used.
