Need help been a week or 2 my A16's fingerprint is acting up


Says fingerprint not responding when i got to settings to deregister and start afresh it say restart the phone been restarting m tired now


Wat could be the cause of this?

Take it into a Samsung Repair Centre. They will repair or replace your device under warranty.

I know it's frustrating but you will come alright.

The minute i press Biometrics to remove and add it says if this continues please restart your phone

Try contacting samsung customer support for assistance.... though you won't be able to contact them today, they work 8-4pm

Its a software glitch.....i updated it recently it came alright...be checking the security updates
