Good day, I'm having problem with my A15 its charging slow about 8 hours to get full using fast charger

My son had the same problem last year around September. He took it back to samsung for a fix.

Better then ,my side i don't think there are technicians who can solve this apart from Samsung itself, yet there are no official Samsung stores here in Zimbabwe if I'm not mistaken

Hi my workmate has the same problem, it started after updating it to November security patch update, so be patient hopefully it will be solved by the next Security patch which I'm not sure when we are going to get it

How did he solve the problem

Nothing, he is just waiting for a security patch update to see if the error get resolved, if not that means he has to change the device
