So a few days back i cleaned my fingerprint sensor with my shirt and then i noticed later when i was trying to unlock my phone that my fingerprint wasn't working then i thought it was just dirty so i used my nails and i realised what i was scraping off was the paint then i removed my fingerprints trued to re register them it just didn't work at all

Hi, very sorry for what happened, The sensor is protected by a very thin coating , by scratching it (as you said), it causes the sensor to be less accurate or completely non functional

Try restarting ur device, clean the sensor with a soft (microfiber) cloth not with your shirt, to make sure no dirty is stuck , if it doesn't work, then go to a nearest phone repair and get another switch/ fingerprint sensor
