Samsung keyboard is the best in all aspects (including the floating keyboard and customizable styles features) expect for its inability to switch easily between regional languages, as compared to google indic keyboard. It helps you remember your corrections and maintain a custom dictionary for new and uncommon words. As the name suggests the "indic" language feature helps you to easily switch between english and regional languages without changing the script in which you type. If the Samsung keyboard could be improved to add this feature, it'll be the best for sure!
