It has been a year since I bought Samsung A52s. It has been a great device, but after last 2-3 updates, I am facing persistent connectivity issues with Jio 4G and 5G. Although the network signal strength is full, the buffering/downloading pauses multiple times while using play store, playing youtube videos, or using mobile hotspot on TV.

I stay in a prominent area in delhi, and other device in my family, i.e. Galaxy S10 Lite, Mi 11x, Samsung M30s, all are getting good network coverage (with Jio 5G and 4G) in the same area.

Due to this issue, I have tried hard resetting the device also, but even after that, the problem still persists. When I tried exchanging the device with a new Samsung, the exchange value revealed is about INR 10k, which is less than 1/3rd of the amount spent on buying this device.

Therefore, I would like to highlight this issue with Samsung, and would like to escalate the same with them, to help fix this issue with a software update, and make our lives free from this daily network issues, which often cause huge embarrassment/ disappointment in daily life.

I hope Samsung notes down this issue, and acoids an automated response on the same, as I've tried almost all permutations and combinations, before writing here.

Thanks & regards,
Varun Paul

I've found the problem, and its with the particular sim. The moment I used that particular sim in my s10 lite, it started buffering youtube videos 😒
Atleast I got the problem, and it doesn't seem to be related with a52s, as other sim card worked fine with it. Thanks for awesome suggestions guys, particularly @Rama1990

Thanks for response dear. I think the issue is related to the network operator (Jio). It has been resolved now. I have already mentioned it in the post above.
