AOD won't turn on

AOD doesn't turn on, It gets disabled as soon as I lock my s22, Anyone else facing the same problem?

It's working fine on s22 ultra. Did you clear cache partition after installing beta?

It's gone again after beta 3, Wiped the cache and tried everything else kinda random
