To resolve Bluetooth connectivity concern, kindly follow below steps:
1. Both devices should be under Bluetooth range.
2. Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Connections > Bluetooth > Turn on Bluetooth > Tap the settings icon next to the Bluetooth device > Unpair).
Again turn on Bluetooth> Scan> Tap on the Bluetooth device
3. Go to the settings>>apps>>Bluetooth>>storage>> clear cache.
4. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

Ok, I think your device is facing software issues. Check your device for software update. If you find software update available then immediately download and install it. Updates improve the stability and performance of your device and if any bugs found it will automatically get fixed after you install required or pending updates.
