During its developer conference, Samsung promised that the Galaxy S9 and S9 would jump aboard the new Android 9 Pie ship during the month of November 2018. This update is already available in several markets and is heading out to a few more, but not everyone will be able to grab a slice of Pie ahead of its official release in January 2019, especially for those who are outside the U.S., Germany, South Korea, UK, France, Spain, Poland, China, and India.
