network reception issue in m30s

I would like to tell you that m30s  has network  reception  issue. Well i have another smartphone realme 2 in which network  strength  is full while in m30s is network strength is low in the same space...i am very disappointed....i think i have to return it.

actually i dont know .....it is hardware issue or software .
