Video calling and call recording button not showing on calling screen

Hi,

I have just purchase Samsung Galaxy M 31 and when I am calling any persone then he is sending video call request but I am not receiving any notification. Also on the calling screen I am not seeing recording button.

Can you suggest how can it possible?

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned path to check call recording option:

On the connected call screen > tap on 3 dots > record call > enable

For further mentioned issue, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
