I heard of a 5 year being murdered for stealing the biscuits costing Rs 5 somewhere in the country. I mean seriously? Killing someone for a buscuit that barely costs 5 rupees, can't be justified at all. Friends, can we do something for avioding this scenario i.e educating people not to commit such crimes?
