I am facing issues with system sound like, i can't hear keypad sound, lock screen sound, or any other system sound. The sound levels are maximum and the system sound option is turned on. The speakers are working properly. Please help ASAP

1. Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.
2. Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device.
3. Check device volume settings: Apps> settings> sound & vibration> volume> Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
4. Check mute all sound options: Apps> settings> accessibility> hearing enhancements> Disable mute all sounds (if enabled).
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
