My a6 plus isn't updating to android 11 why ??
Can anybody say me.the reason?

A6+ already got 2 OS updates ( android 9 & 10 ) as per Samsung's update policy... and that's why it didn't get android 11

Yeah, it may not get any updates now as Samsung promised 3yrs of security patch updates for A6+ and 3yrs have passed...
