Screen flickering problem in samsung devices m51 and m52

As i updated my m52 for a 1 gb update in the morning today...its screen started flickering when i lock it...when i press the power off button before shutting i can see the flickering problem can anyone help me out i also have tried the safe mode one..the prob is still there.
