Issues network problem and camera problem like portrait Mode

After Android 13 updates iam facing problems in camera section and network issues I mostly in jio sim , second is camera in portrait Mode. It's not working. maintenance mode and in calling focus mode is not came in my galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Why I Hv. A flagship phone so why Samsung is partial with my phone.
