Fast Charging problem in my Galaxy A50

The charing was as normal before but after the August 2020 update, I am nkt able to fast charge my phone as sson as I plug in to the charger it says Cable Charging earlier it used to say Fast Charging. Now the charging is slow. I tried clearing the charge port and it did nothing. Please help Anyone, how can i report this to Samsung. Any solution or anyone with the same problem. Samsung Galaxy A50.

Just check if by any chance fast charging is disabled.
Settings > Device Care > Battery > Charging

Thanks for the response... I checked its on but still only Cable Charging shows up when i plug in.

Did you try changing charger and charging cable ?

My A50 charges fully in 2hr 30mins I.e. very slow but it shows fast charging only.

Yup you are right after updating A50 is charging really slow, but you can reflash your device and go to android 9 is the current and only workaround until Samsung fixed this in next update

try to charge in cool place...I dont face any issue for charging after August update and it is even little faster than earlier..

Thank You Samsung for the response. I tried changing my cable and adapter and also the power source. No luck.. I think its because of the August 2020 update because before that It was working just fine. So I request you at Samsung to please come up with a solution for this in the next update maybe the September one. Thanks
