Im having a problem with my fingerprint sensor on my Samsung A16 and its been 2 weeks now. I've been restarting my phone but still the sensor doesn't want to work. Am I the only person experiencing this? 😕
There's a good chance that te sensor had a manufacturing problem If this is a new phone contact support and include the fact that you reset your phone. Otherwise turn off the fingerprint setting ans resort to pin or password.
