Curve 65inch - White Dots On Screen

Hi Samsung,

i spent a fortune on this TV and in a little over 3 years white circles on the screen, call Samsung they say it a factory fault on this model TV and nothing they can do because the warranty is expired. What do i do its Covid i do not have money to fix R60000 TV, Hisense is offering longer warranties can you guys fix my TV as good will gesture all my products at home are SAmsung.

Friend on mines in the UK had the Same issue with the same TV and despite being out of warranty he was assited by Samsung UK.

Please be advised that Samsung warranty for all products is standard 24 months. Once the TV is out of warranty then you will be liable for all service repair costs.
