why there is no upgrade in the level's

I have been in the same level (active 4) since months , is there any thing to just improve our level or it's been the system fault....what these levels are upto ⁉️

u don't need to...I used to remain free during those days but now m not...I have put a timer on this app and I have to abide by it...

It automatically increases the level after all its criterias are full filled..We users cannot do it manually.
Keep posting ,and don't worry about it .
Even I am stuck at this level too.

Expert level 5 is the highest ranking .😊
