smart view app problem

I am not able to use smart view app in my Samsung A30.
Plss help me members how to cast to laptop

it won't work in laptop and u can use by samaung flow app to screen mirror in laptop

there are only 3 main reason for it not to work
1. firewall is blocking
2. using a vpn
3. if your wifi drivers are out to date

and if want to know the name of Connect app, its "PPI Receiver" if its allowed by antivirus or firewall or not
