s10e noise cancellation

It's been only a couple of weeks since I bought s10e. Most of the people whom I talk ove phone are getting annoyed by the weird noise ( like talking under water or wind noise) eventhough the place is quiet. 

Is there any issue with the noise cancellation? 

Does Anyone experiencing the same issue?
