s pen not connected

Hello good people. I've just got a problem in my note 9. The S-pen is not connecting. It's saying "reconnect s-pen again". What is the problem and what should I do?

Try to reset S-pen settings and again connect your S-pen.
If this doesn't solve your problem try clear cache partition in recovery mode. For most of the problems clear cache partition works fine. It's better idea than resetting your phone.

insert pen in phone check for charge of pen maybe it's a little down on battery
go to advanced features go to s pen and click on air actions and check pen battery and reset pen
