Sorry to hear that but if you had synced all your contacts with your Google or Samsung Account it can be restored back.

Also if you have a CVV of the contacts you could restore from that.

Is Recycle bin option turned ON on your Contacts app? If yes, then whenever you delete any contact you'll find them there and restore it easily.
