Worst user base i seen ever here

Even your post is spam.......you can move to xda its your choice if you dont like but atleast samsung is giving all users to share their thoughts whereas in other communities moderators block if we post against that company

I don't agree with you a friend of mine is using realme and like Samsung there a realme community and all the views from users even if it's negative are be rectified by realme and aren't block. Plus to top on that they actually consider views of users and try to solve the issue asap.

i have been to 3 samsung member region member section , the most worst community is indian part

why samsung member app is worst

samsung never collect issues from here to work upon them

second developers do have no interaction in this forum

check all member community of google pixel , mi , realme , oppo , vivo , oneplus there you will see atleast one statement in comment from their officials . as well as pixel experince from my side person from google officials do interact with users

i have 2 issues in last 3 weeks in my pixel when i posted that in pixel community right after that i recieved a comment from google official and they rectified that in last update

even xda developers do help to push device makers to resolve the issue .. on august 23 xda developer Dan pushed my issue to google and i had an update email notifications about when i am going to get its solution through sept update , even they almost do support in third party level support .. look at oneplus community or support , google pixel community there you will see two option company support community and third party app and services support ..

this is my last issue rised in google phone community post and look at the google official product expert on the answer section

they are more reliable than samsung , asap solution and discussion

community means were we all Samsung family members will be together, to share our thoughts, in community some small problems can be resolved by users itself ,
Samsung does not resolve problems in community it has Error report in Samsung members it resolve problems there, sorry to say bro without knowing Samsung don't talk about Samsung, if you know about Samsung then only talk

UDStrs i have used mi community & mi forum both because i was a redmi user......if anyone post anything against mi they block the id, i think you havent used any community, samsung members is far better in which you can atleast post anything you like

Bro I am not saying that the things we do to help each other is wrong. or I am not saying that all people here are Worst. But will you deny that people dont even check in which category they are posting? Will you deny that 80% of the posts are about complaints about this and that and the accused is Samsung (And this is the point That they are quoting Samsung but still there is none from Samsung to respond). Will you deny that there are a thousands of useless posts posted everywhere? and dont worry I am not offended but There should be Someone from Samsung to respond to the queries and questions which are not answered and about serious issues. Dont u think so? People are sometimes so uneducated that they dont even know that their devices are on quarterly period to receive security update, or they dont even realize that the support for their phone have ended and still they spam for security security security.

We trying to help or support people here isn't out duty. Its our goodwill that we do that. But this is Samsung's duty and they are Supposed to work here to help users and consider the things people are saying here. And he is asking for that, Thats what I liked in that post and I said he is right. (Check his second comment)
