Viralahir5054 - Criminal behaviour!

We have been reporting this person for a week now. This has now crossed all limits and become ILLEGAL now. He is now committing criminal offences under the following sections:

Information Technology Act(2000)

• Section 66 C -  Identity Theft  - Punishable upto 3 years in jail.
• Section 66 D -  impersonation - Punishable upto 3 years in jail.
• Section 66 E- Violation of Privacy - Punishable up to 3 years.

Indian Penal Code(IPC)

• Section 354 D - Stalking - Stalking through internet/social media is punishable up to 5 years(repeated offense as in this case).

I should also say that the Admins and Moderators will also be answerable for not taking an action on this even after repeated reporting done by many members including the concerned member.

The worst part is we have no rights on members app to do something ourselves.

We are dependent on Admins only.
And they all are sleeping.

They only wake up when it comes to promoting the products and features.

I think admin leave their job that is why they are not responding and we don't have any other options except report. I don't think so that any think will happen from report.

For the past week , the active members of the comunity are complaining to the admin about the harassment and abuse which they face by the hands of this criminal- we are being swear at, threatened and abused but yet the person has not been banned.
The administration is to be held responsible!
This deranged person has multiple accounts so the ban of one account is like a drop in the sea.
He should be banned on IP and device!

We only can take action from FIR. IP and Device can't be block for this reason. He also can use other phone and SIM card for abusing.
