Unable to play video in first attempt

Hi, I am using A70S phone. My problem is that whenever I tried to play the video which I received in whatsapp message and it's status, it stops playing when it comes to near 50 to 60 %. If second time if I try to play the video, then it work perfectly  without any issue. Pls suggest solution.

Where do i get the error log in mobile. Pls let me know the path to get the log.
