This guy, is such a blind follower that he is ready to take on anyone who says anything against Samsung.

Mr. Anik Royal, stop being a blind follower, just because you are a BA. You are supposed to point out wrong things to the company, not to support their wrong moves everytime.

If someone didnt get it, sharon, whose tweet Mr anik qouted, shared a video where samsung doesnt allow to dismiss the notification just like Amazon and Flipkart do when a deal comes in (swipe to dismiss). For that you have to tap on "miss the deal" text, written at the very corner. For reference, i am attaching the video link at the end of the post.

Samsung Shop sends such notification as this app is made to do so but Samsung Push is the service that Samsung should close down as that sends ads to Galaxy devices

Amazon/Flipkart, I can uninstall whenever I don't need it, but it's not the case for Samsung shop!

You can uninstall the same...Or Edit account preference >> Optout>>Samsung Push Notification.

Just re-install Samsung Shop If you needed....Opt out personalized offers and Updates....It's Optional.
