Spamming in Community.

So the thing is if you have to post something, First search it there. If that topic or post is already posted THEN PLEASE DONT SPAM COMMUNITY WITH ANOTHER POST ABOUT SAME THING.

Second-

If you have a question, Search it there and follow the Question in comments,  this will save the energy of people scrolling through the Members app as well as the person who is trying to give you a walkthrough or solution.

Third-

For the people who are seeking help here and posting some questions. When your problem is resolved or you get the answers of ur questions please make sure to "Accept as solution ", This will help others to solve the same problem without any other spam post.

Its a humble request to all of you guys.

And one last but not the least, Please dont spam community with same posts like we got this update on Note9, Note 10 or we got December security patch even after seeing there are atleast 5 people have already created the posts about that news.

Exactly bro either people are asking whn will they get update or they are posting the screenshots of the official list again and again and again.

also these guys are paranoid for asking android q especially the s8 and note 8 users they know perfectly that android system can only provide two major updates still yet still the want it and name it as dekho bhaiyao 57k diya hai toh android q toh banta hai types these guys dont enjoy the phone . they take phone only for the update and I know that in coming next year s9 and note 9 users will ask for the android 11 except me I dont like android after the pie update because they fully copied ios so there is no difference between them
and yet I know s9 and note 9 will term as same as above I dont like for begging updates infact i hated one ui 1.0 and 2.0 both I dont know why people become so much paranoid over android q .

Now a days I can only see two topics in community and techtalk forum, "when will my device ____ receive update" and " oneui2 beta update and bugs".

same bug, same model, same question yet there are so many users posting same.

Its nearly impossible to help the member with genuine problem, since we have to scroll down so long because of all these posts and atlast our patience give answer.

Members have to understand that in the community you don't have only that users who have enrolled in beta program, there are other members also. When you are provided with a particular forum to talk about beta things then why are you posting the same in community and techtalk.

problem is here that they dont know the google policy of two major update they think that Samsung has enough resources that they can develope more android version beyond 2 major update this is Samsung not the oneplus or apple
I am happy with my s9 I dont need any more updates from either google or by Samsung.

people aren't understanding that satisfaction and enjoy ment is more important than updates .

I would like to correct you here bro @kawasakinijaons9 two majorOS update policy is of samsung and not google.

And yeah you are right great deal is satisfaction and smooth running smartphone, and not only new fancy updates and features.
