Security patche

Samsung F12 is an abandoned phone. Even after many days there is nothing new in it. Old stock apps and security patches.
Samsung is very sure about its warranty as well as I do not know why it is not so sure about the security patch release. I ask this in a feedback session, in a chat session, in a tech talk, no one answers me ... They say that Samsung will soon release a security patch. I know .... Samsung will finally release a security patch but will it take another six months ??? I do not understand....

F12 is in the quarterly schedule. It will receive updates every 3 months.
