Go to settings- here on top u will see a search box, type palm swipe to capture u shall find.
By the way which phone do u have

Palm swipe doesn't work properly in note 20 ultra. It would be great if they can add other guester based approach like 3 fingers scroll down and long press 3 fingers etc.
