Samsung Update Policy For "M Series" :-

 It's time to update your policy for "M Series smart" phone because all Samsung M Series smart phone will get 2 years of Major Android OS update. Please update your old policy at list give 3 years of Major Android OS update for M3X &M5X Series.

I am having m30s from 2019 and it's working great 👍 I used to play pubg and then Bgmi a lot apart from them I used to take hd pictures a lot still it's working great.. I think you should reset your phone once it might help.

Reset twice ,no use just waste of time...

After 2 days device behaves just as before..

Hello Rick I know there is a confusion created within you. Let me explain.
For example let say your device is Android 10 and according to Samsung's policy you should be getting till Android 12, and you are thinking 10+2 means 2years of software update but no it's not that it's actually 3 years of support as every smartphone manufacturers take the built in os version to be an year of support already given to the consumer while purchased. And for A series it is 4 years of support that means if Android 10 then it will get Android 13..

I think the confusion will be cleared.
Btw you are lucky being a xiomi and realme user I can assure that Samsung UI is much superior.
Please take it as a solution if you think. 🥺
